| FREE Shipping Policy |
Shipping fees is FREE only for those residing in Malaysia. We try our best to give free shipping for all items which are below 3 kg's. We will deliver our products within Malaysia free of charge with no minimum purchase. Free shipping is NOT applicable for promotional item or agent controlled price item. Currently we do not provide Free Shipping for some areas in East Malaysia, Asia & International shipping. |

| Delivery Charges |

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible. Delivery service, however, are only available within Malaysia, Asia and certain International countries. Currently we delivery all around Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, India, China, Japan, Korea, Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom & the rest of the world.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of your item, the volume matrix and the delivery distance from our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to other major States in Malaysia, Asia, America and Europe. (for delivery above 10kg and above please call our customer service for arrangement.)
Due to our international courier policies and shipping complications we do not delivery to the below countries:

| How We Deliver? |
We are currently using our local delivery couriers such as AirPak Express, Nation Wide Express & Pos Laju. As for our International orders, we are using FedEx & UPS. Other than this we will give you estimated shipping or delivery date for each shipment on the order form, just before you place your order. An estimated delivery date will also appear in Your Account once you've placed your order. |

| Shipping & Handling |
Will usually ship out within 3-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping speed you've chosen with e-mail notification. Varies for items shipped from an international location. |

For Klang Valley - You will receive your order within 1-2 days.
For Rest of Malaysia - You will receive your order within 2-3 days.
For Asia Countries - You will receive your order within 7-10 days.
For International Orders - You will receive your item within 15-20 days
Note: Some shipping services provide an estimate for number of days that it will take the carrier to deliver the item to the buyer. This transit time does not include the seller's handling time. It includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in transit time estimates.

| Item under - Limited Stocks |
|
This is the products with limited or low stocks in our warehouse/merchants; if the stock is unavailable we will offer replacement for your consideration. If the products are not acceptable for replacement, we will transfer the amount paid as credit to be used for future purchases.
Note: We will provide our best effort in delivering the products to you as soon as possible. However, we may be affected by factors for eg: obtaining approval from authorisation for payment, public holiday and etc. Therefore the delivery times may be varies. We will keep you posted of the expected delay.

| Returns, Exchange and Refunds Policy |

For exchange: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, not what you wanted, item faulty or would like to have a different color, we will be happy to accept a return for an full exchange. To do an exchange all you need is email/call us and check on the item that you would like to exchange with. Exchange is only allowed for items in stock and from the same brands.
For refunds: Only if the item is out of stock, sent wrong item, faulty, broken or spoiled we will do a full refund, no question asks. All purchases from iTakios are entitled to a 7-Days Money Back Guarantee. We believe to have the best possible online shopping experience; we will not charge for domestic return shipping.
So if whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, just go through our return policy process.
With our Return Policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition.
Return With iTakios.com - It's Simple:
- You can return your purchase within 7 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging.
- Return shipping is absolutely FREE, if the order is an error from our side.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; we will take care of everything.
- Once your return is received and after inspection by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your exchange/refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

| Exchanges |
If you received a faulty item and want to exchange for the same item please call our customer service centre for replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our Return Process (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. |

| Large Items Shipped By Specialty Carriers |

We are happy to accept returns for large items that are shipped via our specialty shippers. If you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper, please call our Customer Service and request the return. We will make the arrangement.
Note: Any return that is not the result of our error is subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. |
