Terms and Conditions:

To qualify for a Price Match consideration, the following conditions and rules must be met:

• The product on our competitor outlets must be in stock, non-promotional or clearance items, and ready to sell to any walk-in customer on the shop(s). Backorders will not be matched.
• The product price must be valid for ALL walk-in customer and available to purchase instantly.
• The product must be exactly the same as the product you want to order from us (not refurbished or reconditioned) and in its ORIGINAL packaging with all of its original accessories *For instance, if a shop sells a mobile phone by replacing the original charger, battery or handsfree with third party brand products, the phone will not be qualified for our price match program.
• The product must be sold in a fully legal registered company, brand or shop with a proper retail outlets with the license to sell such product(s).
• We must be able to verify the price through the sales line and on the shop.
• Not eligible for special offers or discounts or clearance products in Takios.com.my or other competitor retail outlets. In addition, it does not apply to product offers from any membership clubs or auction services/sites.
• Coupons and promotional codes may not be used with price matches, either from our site or from a competitors coupon.
• The price match figure under consideration must be the final figure inclusive of delivery costs.
• Any price match must be commercially viable.
• A price match will be deemed to have been accepted once we email you confirmation that the deal has been verified and agreed.
