Q: I want to exchange my purchase! What do I do?
A:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, not what you wanted, item faulty or would like to have a different color, we will be happy to accept a return for a full exchange. To do an exchange all you need is email/call us and check on the item that you would like to exchange with. Exchange is only allowed for items in stock and from the same brands:

  • Choose the order number of the merchandise you wish to return.
  • Simply let us know by email or phone. We will gladly send details to you right away
  • Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging.
  • Send the item back to us with the address given by email. Or allow us to collect the item from your given address (only for Peninsular Malaysia). Dont forget to attach the Order Number.
  • It may take 4-5 business days for your item to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your exchange and ship the new item back to you. Normal shipping time applicable.

Q: I want a refund and how long for me to get a refund?
A:

Only if the item is out of stock, sent wrong item, faulty, broken or spoiled we will do a full refund, no question asks. All purchases from iTakios are entitled to a 7-Days Money Back Guarantee.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card, paypal or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Q: Do you have a catalogue?
A:

No. Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalogue - itakios.com. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall inventory, we do not publish a catalogue that you may purchase directly from. From time to time iTakios.com will send out the latest brochure.

Q: Do you offer gift vouchers and/or gift cards?
A:

Yes! If you're looking for the perfect gift or just doing some last minute shopping, we have the perfect solution for you! Search for our 'Gift Certificates'.

Q: Do you match the prices if an item is cheaper in retail during my purchase?
A:

Yes! If an item you order from iTakios.com goes on sale or is cheaper in retails, send us the Match Price enquiry and we will match it. Applicable in Malaysia only.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A:

We currently accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debit Cards. We also accept payment via PayPal. We are currently using iPay88 and PayPal for our payment gateways for security and protections of your payments.

No. At this time we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.

Q: Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes! Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

Q: Do you do back orders?
A:

No. itakios.com does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

Q: My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?
A:

Q: I am looking for a product that is not listed in your website. Can I get it?

Q: Will anybody from your company call me after my online order?
A:

Yes. Once you have completed your online order, our customer service will contact you either by E-mail or direct phone call. You will receive step by step email notifications from us on the status of your order.

Q: Will you share my information with anyone else?
A:

Q: I am a manufacturer/supplier and would like to have our products feature in your site. What do I do?
A:
