This role is ideal for fresh / recent graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience at online content editing, brand & product management, social media advertising & managing.

Positive attitude, consultative approach and self-motivation are all essential.

Fluent command of the English language with an excellent standard of written and spoken communication (Bahasa Malaysia and other languages are a plus).A fresh graduate with a keen interest in sales and/or consultancy.

A degree in mass communication or advertising is a bonus.

Business Development Executive

Sales of our branded products (Adidas & Nikon sales exe), Corporate Sales, Setting Appointments and presentations. To drive sales and achieve targets. To develop, build and maintain new and existing business accounts. To work closely with all other departments to support all pre and post sales activities, ensuring excellent customer services.

Network of contacts in the relevant sector is a definite bonus. Bachelor degree is desirable

Administration  Executive

Deal directly with suppliers either by email, telephone, online or face to face. Handling calls, enquiries & orders. Managing your time well and ensuring all customer and suppliers needs are fulfil. Being professional in all matters relating, and maintaining proper conduct of business with all.

Handle purchase orders, sales and inquiries. Processing Orders, Deliveries and Purchasing & Invoicing. Follow up on customer orders, deliveries and purchasing

Diploma or degree in business administration is a bonus.

Customer Care Executive

Handling all enquiries and requests of customers by providing help and advice. Handling sales and online orders for all brand products. Handling all online payments, refunds and returns. Communicating courteously with customers via phone, email and internet.

Managing stressful and difficult situations by providing resolution for the customer and the company. Following up with complaints or inquiries of customers and communication to the relevant department.

Communication is your key strength. Good command in English is a bonus.

Administrative Assistant

Handling all stocks and inventory duties, managing the stock updates, deliveries, warehouse and shipments. Assisting the Admin Executive  on the daily administration duties. Updating stocks intake. Handling calls, inquiries & orders.

Managing your time well and ensuring all customer and suppliers needs are fulfilBeing professional in all matters relating, and maintaining proper conduct of business with all. Handing delivery orders, couriers & operations.

Any relevant experience in the same field is essential.
